The Fevold Realty Group of Bill Hansen Realty is a local, husband and wife team: Jordan and Chelsea Fevold. They have worked in the real estate industry since 2018 and quickly became top producing agents. For them, it’s all about their clients and how they can leverage their modern approach to real estate and local knowledge of the area to serve their clients before, during and after the sale. Jordan and Chelsea are a full-service real estate group, committed to providing all services necessary to maximize your real estate goals whether you are buying or selling. 

Chelsea grew up in Walker, MN and Jordan is from Roseau, MN. The two met during college and were married on the shores of Leech Lake in 2018 and had already made Walker their home. In May of 2022 they welcomed their first child, Addison, she's already quite the lake kid! They also have a yellow lab named Shandy and love taking her swimming and hunting.

Jordan and Chelsea have been creating memories at the lake since they were young, Chelsea on Leech Lake and Jordan on Lake of the Woods. They have always had a passion for the outdoors whether it’s boating, hunting, fishing, or any outdoor recreational activity. Their love and passion for the area motivates them to help others attain similar experiences.

The Fevold Realty Group’s goal and commitment is to set a new standard and redefine the real estate experience in northern Minnesota. You’ll often find them boating around Leech Lake or enjoying activities in the community, but most of all, they’d like to be your realtors.
